It's from "Record of Lodoss War" it has several sequels and spinoffs. It's a classic D&D style anime from the 90's.
In case you like Metroidvanias I'd recommend checking up Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth too as the game has a gorgeous art style based on this.

You know I like Insider's looks,
He gives me this Nostalgic familiar vibe. he reminds me of an old 80's or 90's manga protagonist and his hair looks really cool.

HOWEVER! 4/10 for the clothes! I really mistook him for a medic with those white straps and suitcase

haha pwede na... but yeah I highly recommend! idk... kahit na may usual fanservice of the 80s, it's still one of the most wholesome and pretty much Brooklynn 99 but it's 80-90's Japan or smth

I failed finding a dark brown/charcoal dress shirt similar to P90's detective skin 🥲 I got one that's similar in color to her brown poncho, but that's a bit lighter than I'd like 😅 It might still be workable though...

It feels like a difficult color to find.
