2018: I absolutely mean it when i say that Celeste was a life changing experience for me. It's music, gameplay and story are immaculate in my opinion, and I recommend it to any gamer (especially with its accessibility options)
Oh, I got another like while I was asleep!
2018: Wotakoi: Love is Hard for an Otaku!
Gosh, I love romance anime and manga, and it's rare to get one about an adult couple that isn't just hentai. Such a cute anime, and the two couple pairs were great.
2018: okay look. Monster Hunter World is undeniably incredible. Amazing game! Delightful!
But Iconoclasts is perfect. It unfortunately couldn't be beaten for me in any year it could have come out. A simply exquisite game I am unironically honoured to have gotten to play.
2018: Dragalia Lost was the first mobile game that I actually got SUPER invested in. Characters & gameplay immediately were amazing
2018: Run Away With Me, Girl
Superwomen in Love! Honey Trap and Rapid Rabbit
I'm the Villainess, So I'm Taming the Final Boss
As its Phonon's birthday, several illustrations by the Under Nigth In-birth dev team were released to commemorate the event over the years. They're shown below

2018: Okay, this year was actually difficult because there's a lot of really good picks BUT I'm going with Sword Art Online: Alicization because (and hear me out here) Kirito and Eugeo absolutely fell in love with each other and you can't convince me otherwise! 😃😃
2021: Neo: The World Ends With You
2020: Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time
2019: AI: The Somnium Files
2018: Digimon Story Cybersleuth: Hacker's Memory
2018: Smash Ultimate, Mega Man 11, Kirby Star Allies, DK Country Tropical Freeze
2018: DOTA 2
Although I'd played dota 2 since 2013 this year was probably the best for me. My favourite team and real peak of enjoying this game was in this year and watching TI was magical. I haven't played the game for a solid year and half now but probably for the best.
2018:
Hades, Unf the game, I need to play it more
Dad of Boy: So amazing, makes the original games seem very lackluster in comparison
Also, a conspiracy theory that goes wayyy back
2018 to 2022, almost a 5 year lore in the making XD
