A Mod Wackart tutorial on how the muscles of the neck all connect:

"he reason we can’t turn our head like owls is a combination of the cartilage sticking our vertebrae together and the muscles in our neck not being long enough..."

That is correct the gills should be behind the lower jaw
Speaking of lower jaw it should probably be rounder due to having a meckel’s cartilage similar to smaller arthrodires
Here is a diagram of earlier arthrodires meckel’s cartilages compared to dunk, and a restoration

Meet Pigeon! She’s a barista that works a few blocks away from where Bleach works! He comes to bother her on break. She has a horizontal eyebrow piercing on her left, two plugs, and set of cartilage piercings on each ear! She likes to longboard, and dyes her hair/mane/eyebrows!

Does anyone else worry about the integrity of Dixie Kong's knees since she removed the pads? Donkey Kong Country 2 and 3 are great because I know her cartilage is being protected, yet I wince whenever she takes damage in Tropical Freeze.

, please think of Dixie's knees.

Guided by Henry's illustrations, the morphology, along with phylogenetic analysis shows that sauropods evolved giant articular cartilage caps good at resisting compression; while theropods expanded the femoral 'head' to deal with compression and shear.

There's a lot of missing anatomy in the hips of dinosaurs: squishy hyaline cartilage, tough fibrocartilages, ligaments etc. Not to mention different bony structures. Henry shows us how these two lineages of dinos used different proportions of these tissues to get huge.

musings related to my current research. In living archosaurs epiphyseal cartilages can extend limb bone length from between less than 1% to more than 10%! This has big implications for our modelling of joint kinematics and how we interpet plausible ranges of motion.

14.He has a total of 4. One in his right ear that he replaces with specific glamour crystals to have both a normal orcish eye and a kul'tiran form.

His left ear has 3. Two in the cartilage like the one on the right and a lobe piercing to replace the ID tag he had as a baby

about Sharks - Their skeletons aren't actual made of bones but actually pure cartilage and muscle.

Did noses AND eyes today too!! It was interesting learning more about the shape of the cartilage in the nose. Now I should probably take a break from the lessons and actually try drawing some real life examples.
