Being able to sleep is how the hallucinations were able to stop. I can't stress enough just how much of a difference sleep made for me. I started to become 'human' again. I was able to go to work and it became easier to fight my compulsions to check the locks and windows.

Been trying to move Noel to being an actual character and not a man who tormented me for years. The oc Noel was created as a coping mechanism for losing him, when I started getting treatment for my hallucinations. As bad of a man he was it's hard not to miss him.
