Oh, tons. afaik she's the wealthiest mangaka thanks to all of her successful titles.

Her first big hit was Urusei Yatsura in the 1980s, which is reportedly being revived for a new anime this year.

Most younger people would be familiar with her more recent hit, InuYasha.
