Minor wise? Korra and Mako romance. It was insufferable watching them being a couple, especially when the show had better couples.

But main plot wise? The stuff with Avatar Wan. Mainly Raava and Vaatu. Yin/yang doesn't work like that. hell Avatar already did that, & better.
