Felt like taking a break from my usual stylized stuff.

I recently binge read The Stormlight Archive (minus the novellas) and in short: I'm obsessed. So here's my version of Kaladin and Syl 😁

I've just read the Teacup Magic books by , and they were just what I needed for December! Fun fantasy novellas with a Regency romance feel. I only just found out about them a couple of weeks ago (thanks for mentioning them)! Tea, croquet, spellcracking.

Working my way through this new YA horror project - already nine chapters deep. I can’t help but wonder if I’m cursed to only write novellas. For some reason, my concepts lend themselves to shorter form. Is there even currently a market for YA horror novellas?

here's a REAL deep cut from my uni days (roughly 5 years ago?). the project had us visually reinterpret one of a selection of novellas, I chose J.G. Ballard's short story 'Billennium', and at the time had just discovered Mason Lindroth's 'Hylics'

This reminds me that his SPIDERLIGHT, another novella, is criminally under-appreciated -- one of my favorite fantasy novellas.

Two novellas in one volume. Transhumanist and transfurry. If you’re into cyberpunk and the exploration of the self, this is for you.
