I do like - atmospheric narrative scenes. muted palettes.

OKAY SO HE USED TO BE MY BLOOD ELF PALADIN then i just revamped him to fit into d&d

now he's a half high elf + dwarf (fighter/paladin) he's still dropped off an air balloon as a baby and gets raised by orcs, but he's much more down to earth now 😌 (havent drawn him in a hot sec)
