Budget of normal game let m do 2 gem pulls for Vincent stuff. Also used 21 tickets. Got his 15, 2 of his 35, and one of his EX, plus a Yang 35 I needed & enough other gear to net me 8 more powerstones. Best part? Got the resources to finish Clouds + gear!
