First painting in 2018-2022. PSA fellow artists; when a non-artist calls you "talented" its acknowledgement and admiration of a skill that's beyond their current level of understanding. Its not a dismissal of your hard work or persistence. its not that deep. 💀

The first step to being an artist is long term dedication. No amount of shortcuts can overcome persistence.

Anybody can be an artist with great care and practice! Even little twelve year old me! Your persistence and patience for your craft will pay off! ✨

I drew these when I was around 14 or 15. There are probably even older pictures somewhere at the attic. 😅 It started small and I struggled a lot over the years but I kept going. Skills really need a lot of time and practice to improve, so don't give up! Persistence is key. 💪

I'm not and never will be the fastest artist to improve, but I'm stubborn and that's what counts - you'll see progress with persistence, regardless of how long it takes

2019 vs 2022

The two drawings on the left were from my first year as an artist, while the two on the right are from this year. Patience, persistence, hard work, self-criticism. Not just talent.
