my god though, out of all the new content this is my unexpected fave. the splashes are amazing, the emote is adorable, (we donotsee that phel will yet again not get an upgrade animation) but this? seeing them together in symmetry as team, and they both look amazing...it's perfect

I think phel and alune are the little meow meows of quite a few rioters/collaborators. riot overall probably views phel as a champ that's a skin/balancing nightmare, but their EDG splashes, their LoR content, the firecracker sett artist including phel... adorable fan behaviour

for sett i make flaps of hair that go upwards and for phel they mostly go down and curves are mostly depending on how messy he is at the moment
phel also has a tuft on the top and a long bang at the side of his left cheek
