Gyuumans (of which Tamegi and Kreema are half-Gyuuman) don't assign gender at birth. Most Gyuumans go by non-binary pronouns, and a large percentage are asexual. Some Gyuumans will choose a preferred gender pronoun around their teenage years, but most remain NB.
