I don't like relationships or ships between members of the Batfamily at all.

Maybe in elseworlds, but in the main canon of the comics they seem like forced couples to me.
Why not make a couple with other members of other families?

I would love if Red Hood could borrow from Blade and Moon Knight not in the sense of character but in ethos. I feel that Jason should be the BatFam member that deals in the mystical underground. Give him the All Blades back maybe even a name change to Red Ronin.
