Here is my interpretation of a Bunyip. Really like how this guy turned out after scraping the original sketch I did.

#FairyTaleTuesday
The booming cry of the #Bunyip is heard around swamps, billabongs & creeks in #Australia - Rarely seen, this shy water dweller is usually benevolent! Could it be a descendent of #Diprotodon the largest #marsupial ever to have existed?
#Aboriginal #Mythology
@PlayTemtem These are my favourite nicknames. Wilma and Bunyip I just liked, Galatea is from greek mythology, Jormun from norse mythology, Flap is from the blinky bill cartoon, and Lucky is named after my first dog, who I grew up with.
@CindyAAvelino My heraldic unicorn character ✨ Something classical D&D fantasy, they're a kelpie/bunyip in disguise so maybe something like them lurking in an ancient enchanted swampland/pond?

Bunyip- Australian #mythology
Aboriginal beasts that dwell in the bogs. Emitting a bellowing roar when approached. They're said to carry supernatural powers and feed on humans during the night. Are you familiar with this creature?

A little late again!! Just means I get to put more into one pic for y'all though! Here's days 6, 7, and 8 of #thorntober featuring beebe's manta, a bunyip, and a chickcharney!
Another glimpse into my game! four of the seven bosses now have their designs locked in!
we've got @HierarchDQ 's Elanore the Bunyip, A'aku the Ice Mummy (made for the game), Airguitarsolo's Inari the Drider, and Swankypajamas's Runa the Orc!
game's coming along nicely!
The Bunyip, a strange, shaggy creature that roams Australia's waterways. There are a lot of differing descriptions of the Bunyip, but I think I put my own spin on it! #Smaugust #smaugust2020 #houstonzoo
#KnownMonster 194 Hidden Animal Level26 Bunyip
This monster has been passed down from ancient times to the Aboriginal people.
They are nocturnal, hiding in lakes, rivers, and other bodies of water, and are especially fond eating human females.
@UnrealAlexander @JonTetrino Something like this? (I've never heard of a Bunyip before)
I meant to post this forever ago, but I got carried away with it and also got my ass kicked feom starting work again.
#bunyip for #CryptidInJuly
This was a weird one because descriptions for it were so all over the place. just another Australian animal, tbh.
#CryptidInJuly Days 2 & 3 🖤 Bunyip, never heard of that one i figure it’s supposed to be scary tho & Dark Watchers
