I drew Galileo a few years ago for the 2017 March of Science, so it was nice getting to update my characterisation of him again in this course - a bit less bedraggled and crushed by the establishment this time. (That was so, like, 2017, man).
Out yesterday is this beaut. @DavidMelling1 's wonderful humour and characterisation navigates Ruffles through some tricky spots! All in a small, cloth quarter bound HB with yummy uncoated paper throughout. I recommend getting your paws on it now! 💛Published by @NosyCrow
i absolutely love @friccafracc ‘s style and characterisation, their art has inspired me and got me over some major art block! pls check them out if you see this- i was pretty nervous trying to do another one but it turned out way better than i thought it would ^o^ #dreamfanart
@CertifiedIdi0t Roger Rhodes gave us the perfect voice to read his lines in other media. The Archie comics (RIP) absolutely *nailed* his characterisation.
The Wizard of O2 is a surprisingly well-written story with a coherent plot, strong characterisation, and logical character development.

Just saw the animated #film from below donghua series I talked about when it first came out nine years ago. It's excellently conceived, in terms of story, script, humour, characterisation, quality of #animation. Great anti-hero, breaking of fourth wall and conventional tropes. https://t.co/ZspqBXS8sr
Day 6: My daughter Yua, I just want to hug her whenever she’s on screen.
But I also gotta mention Miyoko Hojo & Rui Kofuru here. With Rui, I know that she has barely any characterisation but I wish she had...I like her character design and I got interested in her!
Just finished #Spiritfarer what a sweet, funny, sad, sarcastic and poignant game. A moving tribute to the memories of the people who touch our lives so deeply. The artwork, music, animation and characterisation are beautiful.
Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Many illustrators inspire Tan. This is verbatim from @fhordon1 blog (see below):
‘Lisbeth Zwerger and Miniji Kim for their technical brilliance’, Isabelle Arsenault for her colour palette’ & ‘Chris Riddell for his characterisations and the expressions on his characters’ (5/6)
lusamine - pokemon
i love evil women so lusamine was a pleasant surprise as the first female main antagonist in the mainline pokemon series! i think her characterisation was great in sm, and i loved her arc with lillie ! didnt like what they did with her in usum though :c
#BookIllustrationOfTheDay is by Gordon Laite for "The Blue Book of Fairy Tales" (1959) - a Little Golden Book. Laite is inexplicably forgotten today but I love his fanciful, romantic, fairytale work. Here's a scene from Beauty & the Beast, full of charm, and characterisation.
One thing I gotta take back is saying Shanks is overrated. I reread all his parts back to back and WOW. There's a LOT of characterisation that I just.. missed. Definitely one of the most fascinating characters in the show and can't wait for more of him
Sooo I'm not exclusively a #dndartists but I particularly love putting NPC's down on paper as I plan out games and characterisation
An early example of Tails' characterisation as a mechanic:
He often drives cars based on the Lotus 7, the Lotus 7 famously is the basis for many build it yourself kit cars (like so many I'd call it a sub-genre of kit car)

It’s mostly because some of the designs + characterisations are so good https://t.co/Em1IKt1LCG
