Cethin was actually the one I had the most difficulty with designing.

I ended up looking up a lot of adventurer and elven references for him.

One of the things I did have settled was that... he needs a braid (and long hair!).

The Paper Bowser World fan game on MFGG is a good way to go about the art direction for the stages I'll be designing. I love how the "background" elements uses a dotted pattern~

It's mainly his outfit and wings I'm having trouble with redesigning. I've thought about adding a fur neckpiece or something. I think I might keep his wings simple like his older look with darker tips. I just need to give him a cool outfit.
