Some artists are obsessed with developing an "art style." I think you should just develop competent skills so you can use any style you please. Some habits will form naturally, but I don't believe it's something that you should actively attempt to develop.

One of the things I like the most about season 2 of slime part 1 and 2 is the build up of Milim's characterization. In season 1 I loved her goofy attitude and actions with Rimuru. Now I am really interested in seeing how she will develop.
