Beta pokemon fun! At some point in development, Electrike was known as Yuu (ュウ ) may have been blue judging by it's pokedex colour listing. It would eventually have it's name changed to Electrike (which was Manectric's original name at the time) and was turned green.
@Octowitch Hmm there are many electric types that I like, but Electrike is probably one of my favorites. This was even my old @ back then too, so it's pretty symbolic to me. xD
