specifically the shape of the hair and of the mask. i'm kinda leaning towards the mask from A or C and the hair from B, C, or maybe H but...hmm

Wasn't sure if I was going to post this but figured that it wouldn't hurt. Just a quick edit and draw over of the previous uniform girl with different uniform. This uniform was a concept I had for lower ranking officers that some of you might recognize from some older drawings.
