They're the crow mascot versions of Tsukki and Yamaguchi! Most of the Karasuno members have them. The "-garasu" is the same as "karasu" for crow.

Kumano Nachi Taisha (熊野那智大社) is home to the Yatagarasu (八咫烏)...a divine, 3-legged 'crow' that helped guide Emperor Jimmu from Kumano to (what would become) Yamato. The bird was believed to be an incarnation of the god Kamo Taketsunumi (賀茂建角身命).

Here's my simple drawing of a Wata-mate riding on Yatagarasu in space. I wanted to draw a Bread-shaped sheep but at the moment, I'm having trouble drawing it so I did this instead. Happy Space Sheep!
