This episode is a mix.
Has some good things, and bad too.

First, Yamaguchi is AD. He is a good animator, but a more or less animation director.
My favorite correction by him was this Housen, but the art of this episode is inconsistent.

This really is a sad episode, because this is last episode that Kenichi Ohki worked at Gintama franchise...

Again, as merited, he is top KA. Ohki animated all intro scene. Amazing art style! Worthy to be the last work of one of main Gintama animators.
