Started playing this, Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth. I'm a big Record of Lodoss War fan but so far this is falling short. It has some frustrating gameplay mechanics that make it about half as fun as Symphony of the Night or Hollow Knight. Weird story and boring exploration so far.

I like The Record of the Lodoss War.
I'm really big into Sword & Sorcery Fantasy, and it has a pretty good story and the art still stands 30 years later. Old, but gold.

i really want nobuteru yuki to do more work as a character designer for JRPGs! i adore his work on chrono cross & trials of mana, his artwork is so great at capturing such specific feelings, so emotive and intricate. when i think of 90s fantasy anime i think of him & lodoss war

Empecé Record of Lodoss War y a pesar de que no soy muy fan de este tipo de historias con vibes de RPG el primer capítulo se me paso volando, me encanta la ambientación.

Fuera de eso es increíble lo estéticamente superior que promete ser, a sacar capturas cada tres segundos.
