本日、ヘルニア途中経過観察でMRI(2年ぶり)。おかげさまでほぼ完治とか。主治医の先生、私の中のキラーT細胞のみんな(たぶん)、お疲れ様。お絵描き好きな皆さま、座りっぱなしはやめ、2時間に1度はストレッチなどよろしく。(絵は2年前の)

方式がいくつかあるけど、Nasion（鼻根点）とPre-auricular points (LPA, RPA)の3点から定義するのが多いのかな。

I'm out of work again for another week or so.....
My injury got worse and now I need an MRI and in worst case scenario I could have permanent nerve damage or possibly lose all feeling in my leg permanently.
