The more and more you read this series I tell you, you get a feel of the depth and thought that Wendy put into writing her story. The parallels between the witches and Kappa's own issues, along with Neth's insecurities and Kappa's, I love the subtle way they start to come out
This is such great piece of advice, not only for Queen Nee but for honestly all of us as well. I think its telling that Neth, with so many insecurities, still builds up the people around her, even those she barely knows. She's such a deep, amazing character
This panel means so much more in looking back. For one, it was so great to see Kappa calm Neth down after she did that for him. As well, it speaks so much more now when she called (or at least pretty sure she called) out for Mucku when she's was losing herself ;-;
This panel is so beautiful. Just the light of Kappa's scales reflecting off Neth's dark magic, sitting on the edge of this skull looking at this boneyard abyss; just the only type of panels you can get in a series like CS😍
Neth talked about how she felt that it was her duty of having three hearts that she felt she had to her kingdom. I wonder if she feels relieved to sort of be stripped of that now. But I do wonder how it will affect both her health and her magical power only having one now???
