Just as promised, here's a follow up to the renewed gen 2 starters. This was a weird one, starting off as just an idea, developing just the face of Noctowl (which I adore so much!!!) and then coming up with the full design.

Day 17: Regional variant Hoothoot (Hoottoot?). Hoothoot always gave me steampunk energy so this was the first thing that came to mind. I imagine it evolving into a noctowl that has one of those crazy steampunk hats on
