The Ozark Howler has been sighted in the Ozark Mountains since the early 1800s. Described as bear-shaped with stocky legs, horns, shaggy black fur, & glowing red eyes, it emits a cry that sounds like a mix of a wolf's howl, an elk's bellow, & a hyena's laugh. #WyrdWednesday
For today's #FancastFriday, I nominate Julia Garner (Ozark) as Gwen Stacey aka Spider-Gwen!

One of my favorite pieces ever. A lot of personal meaning to this piece. References to the American South, the Great Depression and the Ozarks, with a little bit of Wales thrown in for good measure....and, a bunny!

According to a compendium of Ozark superstitions—killing a goose in the fall & examining its breastbone gives clues about the winter to come. If the bone is thin & more transparent, the weather will be mild; if the bone is thick, the weather will be severe. #SuperstitionSat
Roided up Conan O'Brien here, "Ozark Ike" is like a hillbilly version of Archie, just with the cast paired down to two.
