Hand anatomy notes repost!
My suggestion for hands is that you practice drawing rough skeleton poses like the ones in the 2nd image - Bones are like 85% of the shape of the hand, so knowing how they move is super important for drawing good ones!
@Smartspeck With action poses, I’d usually decide 1 main direction of the movement first, then figure out which parts of body move with the force of the kick or the punch, which follow/react against it in order to keep the sense of weight convincing. Stretch & exaggerate.
