While I can definitely understand why Matt Reeves would start his trilogy with more "grounded" villains like Penguin and Riddler, I hope that it doesn't mean that we won't get more "fantastic" villains like Poison Ivy, Mr Freeze, Man-Bat and Clayface on sequels.

And as for Riddler, I can definitely see it. I imagine them going in an Arkham series direction with him - being a genius computer hacker who tests Batman from behind a screen for his own ego - and I think that’d be really fun and fresh - but again, still rooting for Clayface.

If the rumors are true, we’ll get 6 or more villains in The Batman. Sounds like we’ll see Riddler, Penguin, and Catwoman at the center, so my predictions/ wishlist for the remaining 3 are Clayface, Two Face, and Man-Bat
