Don't get me wrong, Baynes's illustrations have charm but her figures are so... stiff, her lines are so labored, and scenes are so flat.
It seems like she would have been better suited with a more abstract, iconic style but the demands of the time pushed her the opposite way.

⬆️personnages. Il y a quand même quelques points positifs, déjà les dessins sont très beaux et mine de rien, même si la romance a très mal débuté, elle devient sacrément mignonne par la suite. C'est pas un webtoon incroyable, mais ça se lit bien et j'ai pris malgré tout du⬇️

J'ai eu le sourire pendant toute ma lecture de Hoshi dans le jardin des filles, je ne pensais pas rire autant ! Il y a des passages vraiment hilarants (notamment le chap avec l'apprentie mangaka), portés par un dessin naturel et vraiment très maîtrisé. Trop hâte de lire la suite!
