Comparison from my newest stream chibi made today, and the one prior from Nov 2021. Tried being more faithful to chibi proportions and used thicker lines which I think makes it stand out more

You could probably make his body a bit bigger to match the ova proportions, make the eye curve lower/make it circular(it's fairly inconsistent so take that as you will),longer and bigger shoes, make the legs a bit thicker but narrow a bit going down, and thicken the outline a bit

ok so, the further away something is, the thinner I make the LOOKING DIRECTLY AT AREA, and the closer the THICKER THE LOOKING DIRECTLY AT AREA. So far away things look like the perspective is more extreme, closer is less extreme...yeag.
