My take on Roxy is this, Timm doesn't say it, he likes her, she would be a better FLASH villain or Superman villain honestly. Flash the whole chase aspect of her could be used and Superman often deals with pulp style characters like her well and you can play on her good side
He really does look like a Bruce Timm take on a more Ditko like Parker. This image also uses a Romita Parker when he was trying to ape Ditko

Amor Loco, de Bruce Timm y Paul Dini, es una historia sobre su creación, Harley Quinn. La sesarrollan un poco y explican su origen. A pesar de la estética, no es un cómic infantil. Sí me ha molado, pero es cierto que tiene un punto anticuado. El dibujo y la narrativa me flipan.
