D&D CAMPAIGN TRIVIA TIME! Epsilon, a warforged NPC in my game is technically transgender. When they were first made they had a large, masculine body but never felt comfortable in it. Over time they aquired their current form and began using female pronouns.

I may even rewrite their entire story as I find I now have a better understanding of relationships/people AND new ideas based on my own experiences growing up as someone who has come to terms with the fact that they are gay/queer, on the ace spectrum, and non-binary/transgender.
