Who allowed the ".webp" image format to exist? So many times I go to google to grab an image and it's a .webp and it's awful. AWFUL YOU HEAR ME!

サイズは256×256px、43フレームで781kb（最適化済）
全ブラウザ対応だったらこれで素材作るんだけどなぁ(´ε｀；)
