Another greatly underestimated character... However, this is not the first time that adaptations doesn't convey all strengths and weaknesses of protagonist's partner. And not the last one, I think.

The original TV series and Cutie Honey Universe were the only animated adaptations in which the character designer did not work on the final episode

We have been learning about how plants have adaptations that allow them to survive and grow in the polar regions. Look at these amazing infographics P6 have created as part of their home learning. ❄️❄️❄️

Specifically in the books, where he is an excited government-defying unfeeling maniac pixie dream man. I promise I dont hate adaptations & im not a nostalgia-blinded hater but I feel very few of the adaptations have managed to make him PROPERLY Wonka Bonkers

The Punisher Movie Special(1990) based off the 1989 film starring Dolph Lundgren and Louis Gossett Jr.

Cover and adapted script by Carl Potts and interior art by Brent Anderson(both underrated artists). As far as movie to comic adaptations go it looks to be one of the best.

Obviously, this isn’t part of the Alien franchise but teasers for are giving me Invasion of The Body Snatchers vibe. The film was released in 1956. It was followed by other remakes/adaptations, the most recent was The Invasion (2007).👽

Can’t wait!😁❤️

Adaptations of comic book characters making original designs for them, instead of lazily rehasing the look they've had in comics since forever, >>>>>>>>>

I’ve been consuming a lot of Greek mythology adaptations and thought it would be fun to draw three of my favorite Persephones together!

I really want an anime of I'm In Love With the Villainess.
Also still want one for Sexiled.
There's only like ten thousand shitty LN anime adaptations every year could we take a couple of those slots to do some good ones?

I've watched some visual novel and otome game anime adaptations, but I never once played the game itself. I think I'll give it a try. I have my eyes on Hakuoki: Memories of Shinsengumi. My friend recommend it. Plus, it's been a long time since I played my 3DS. 😅

Some pride art by our very own ! The character is Enjolras from the book/musical/movie/tv series (there are a lot of adaptations, okay?) titled "Les Misérables."

it has a few adaptations, most notably manga/anime. the anime is fairly faithful & starts out a bit rough but gets better looking as it goes on. the manga is the opposite, though it has some good side volumes featuring cool histories of some main characters & even npcs!

spicy take: funky triangle shoulder Nagisa is cuter than kyoani Nagisa. I am in love with the facial expressions in this VN.

I'm actually surprised at how close the anime's character designs are to the VN. Guess I'm used to the later Key adaptations looking entirely different
