I just now realized how unnecessary wartortle‘s “fluffy” ears and tail are.. like its a one evolution thing, it doesnt continue to blastoise. Sure blastoise has ears and a tail but they look nowhere near wartortle’s. The tail is a COMPLETELY different shape!
