Floating flowers. Thank you Nadezhda Moryak for the inspiring picture from Pexels. This is a freehand pencil sketch in HB graphite then painted in watercolours (10 x 14”) on Arches cp wc paper.

First attempt at rendering a life study. Definitely need to work on proportion and appendages, but I'm happy with how the shading turned out.
