so artists, how do i make the different layers of the hair's shadows whitout them overlapping eachother like this? i dont have a choice to make them low opacity cuz they are shadows, and i cant merge them on the same layer cuz it's a live2d model any tips pls?

honestly I think you should just erase some lines with a small eraser brush to make them blend better because sometimes they overlap (look at the tip of her finger) and look off

For instance your design looks like some deresute girls. Id say closest to wakaba kusube.
It just kinda happens and inspiration is normal. Carbon copying or blatant theft bad tho

It's because his "mustache" is no longer separate from his lips and overlapping his mouth. Instead it's all una contiguous shape and this makes his mouth look like shit.

Or so I think at least. There may also be other (imo smaller) factors.
