I'm sure this is a coincidence since Naoko Takeuchi created Sailor Moon before 1992 (the year Mariners adopted their current colors), but I love how Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus, one of anime's most famous lesbian couples, donn ALL the colors of Seattle Mariners baseball.
