This might be a pretty standard basic for most but i know i learnt this trick way too late in my art process. Stop using tiny tiny brushes. Instead select an area and use a bigger brush. Its easier, faster and looks more uniform.

Just the regular gouache brush — nothing fancy! I’ve been using it to render color in the space backdrops along with the regular airbrush. I like the way it feels to use and how it looks. The gouache brushes work a lot better for me than the watercolors. I just like ‘em.

mm. i don't care for this enough to colour/clean it up.

it is hard to colour symmetricals, my art program does not have a dedicated mirror toggle, rather it is an individual brush... and i am not very fond of it. perhaps i can make my own, based on the flat brush i like.
