It's ironic that Nintendo didn't want Rare's Diddy design to be Donkey Kong Jr. when their recent 2D art by Nakaue Shigehisa bears an incredibly strong resemblance to Kotabe Yoichi's from back in the day, even Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong. I love it. It's kinda like DK Jr. is back.
