I knew the hentai game & OVA franchise, the Taimanin Series, had it's first "teen appropriate" entry in Japan with Action Taimanin.
Apparently there is now a Global Version releasing in October on Google Play and Steam.

And apparently it's Rated E10+ in Google Play Store.
