Flavortown Bowser or koopa_wear (model name) is an unlockable costume from Tennis Aces from back in 2019.
Do not confuse with Golf Super Rush's Bowser, who we've only seen in the trailer. He seems to wear long pants, a plain black shirt, a visor and a fingerless leather glove.

Fun Fact: Like many other games and media Marco And The Galaxy Dragon also had unused CGs and an unused cutscene sequence

The cutscene showed Marco, Arco and Yuuko in some sword fight, with Arco being a referee. Parts of this cutscene were seen/used in trailer.
