Your eyes are too "large". Or more accurately, the head is too small. The skull is alot further up from the eyes. The blush should be closer to the eyes (cheekbones).
Give yourself more room.

Oops Lilith in her normal form. Well not much changed. Just added wings as I forgot to hide her hooves with shoes in the normal version XD.
Last years halloween version had broken off wings so only little bones could be seen out of her back. Ah and hands and feet look burned.
