SMT 1 is the first mainline game, so there’s obviously some gameplay issues that I would have wanted differently. Like every other mainline game, the story is a massive mindfuck. Overall it’s a pretty solid game and I would recommend playing it, just bear with the bugs.

The ones I've played are also good about respecting your time. They're shitposts first, so they distill gameplay down to what matters and send you on your way, even if they have to find inventive ways to do it. Futari no Tabi, for example, has the cutest quest log I've ever seen.

It's coming on the switch too...damn them.... If they can just add way more outfits and character customization this game would have been fire. Just something was off about it. Was it the lobby? The gameplay was ok overall and we know it looked pretty. So werid.
