@RavenWritinDesk *ahem* let us introduce ourselves
We're working on fantasy drama named Shapeless Heart, read for a balance between angst and wholesomeness all happening in one huge Sience-Fantasy universe XD

So we had an assignment in one of my art classes about making a negative and positive shape relationship with organic life and we usually have these discussion critiques the next time we see each other, and a couple of people said that a portion of the plant looks like zero lmfao
Man, I haven't been doing much with my shapeshifter powers... I should fix that!
Here are the essences of three beings that I seem to be strongly tied to. I can take on a form similar to theirs, so the question is...
Who do I copy first?
Alixx - an artfight attack for my friend @_chaossqueen_ ♡ 🌊🫧☁️🏝️🐚
lions are always interesting to draw, their structure is still very feline but it always seems so boxy - bean - boxy.. it’s just fascinating studying anatomy to me & breaking down those shapes
updated my human sona after 70 years ???
every couple of years my slime self shapeshifts to become a human and do human things. shocking, i know
Been having fun doing quick warm-up sketches before long drawing sessions, plus really loving this current color/shading style for them
(Bonus also for those that ever wanted to see how big the Goat shape was compared to regular Skye)
@im_a_blisy -Squishy
- has large spherical shapes on it's head that people mistake it for eyes
- Inflatable belly for maximum electric discharge
so basically this but a pokemon
Small, cute, muted colors, round secondary shape language
Maybe I'm on to something here with this sona vs. car thing... 🤔 https://t.co/njUFDpfdlK
I can't help but to notice Seth's earrings resembling the shape of the sha's ears. It's not a perfect one-for-one, but I like to think it's a subtle way to show his cute sha-ness in his maskless form.

@NotPeashyBee @weebishdweeb @AntisWTF Off the stick figure, you can add shapes to build up the body. Remember to reference anatomy (I made a mistake, I'll explain when I fix it) and then adjust it from there: learn the rules to break the rules.
@NotPeashyBee @weebishdweeb @AntisWTF what we can see of the head would end up a very strange shape, the neck being a triangle doesn't work with human anatomy either. You could break down to have a triangle at the bad of the neck, but the neck is more of a tube. The second part is pose. Your pose is too stiff & flat.
@NotPeashyBee @weebishdweeb @AntisWTF Okay, I finished breakfast and went into CSP... so! First off, form. We can break all drawings down into basic shapes and compare them to anatomy. Anime isn't a realistic style, but it does have basis in real anatomy. The head and neck are the biggest issues with this.
