①新規レイヤーを人物の1番下に置いてペンでふちどりを塗る②新規レイヤーを先程の親レイヤーにクリッピングマスク③スプレータイプのペンでキラキラを散りばめる。この時発光レイヤーにして透明度を調整④2,3を好きな色で繰り返して完成🥳
仕上げにシャープかけました。
