39) Buchou wa Onee - Nagabe

Read this Manga for the simple reason that Nagabe is the Mangaka behind it and I'm honestly amazed how good I thought it was in the end.
It's not an exceptionally well-written story, but it uses it's setting to its fullest and has some strong comedy.

Stephen Hillenburg's SpongeBob is a huge influence in not only its visual style, but also it's comedy. This is easily one of my all-time favorite TV cartoons. It's absolutely brilliantly written and it's style is so appealing as well
