I do a base level of shading and keep adding to the dark parts, then I add some lighter overlay in places that I want to be lighter, then I finish it off with some more harsh shading! I also add another color to the other side of the character (in this case, blue!)

I’ve been rewatching Yu Yu Hakusho with my sister, and despite some parts of it didn’t age well, I still love Yusuke and the rest of the cast with all my heart. Also, it can get very heavy on the feelings department, which I love. Go team Urameshi!! #yuyuhakusho #urameshi
