A good example comes from Simon Belmont. In Castlevania Chronicles, Kojima gave Simon a very drastic redesign. Giving him a very feminine facial structure, red hair, and fur/leather attire. Most people tend not to like this design since it doesn’t fit the “macho” nature of Simon.

Thanks to the Pooh pitch being released, I decided to redesign my take on Christopher Robin, mainly because I got sick of his cumbersome design and constant comparisons to Anne from Amphibia.

Now I’ve gone on record saying I’m not a fan of the redesigns Lauren did of the Milky Way and the galaxy girls cast. I just feel like something is missing from most of them. However there is ONE I mostly prefer to the original. And it’s Saturn. Solely for the record earrings🥰
