I was so excited for a Jewish main character, but this book was boring. There were heartwarming parts, &it was well written, but there was a theme I didn't like, &there are songs in the book that were just plain bad. The author should stick to writing books, not songs.

Nah, that's what i really disliked. This and the bad way McNeill finished off Marius without a second thought. Hated both those deaths. But I think the main problem is McNeill writing Heresy-EC instead of Josh Reynolds.
